Agata is a attorney-at-law at the Lodz Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. She completed her attorney-at-law traineeship by passing the professional examination with honours. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź. She defended her Master’s thesis on tax succession of heirs with a very good grade. Already during her studies, she started her professional practice, working at a law firm in providing services to domestic and foreign business entities. In February 2018, she joined the Gardens Tax & Legal team.
Agata specialises in labour law, personal data protection, legal services for entrepreneurs and the implementation of tax relief related to innovative activities (R&D tax relief). She also provides legal assistance in English. She cooperates pro bono with a non-profit organisation working for women’s rights in Poland.
She is passionate about photography, travelling, music and her cat.
